Sponsorship

Sponsorship funding for airfare is available for one delegate from each of the following economies: Chile, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Russia, Peru and Vietnam.  Recipients are responsible for local accommodation and incidental expenses.  It is hoped that this sponsorship will encourage additional participants from each economy.  Please have your APEC ATCWG focal point confirm with the APEC Workshop Secretariat of the nomination.

Sponsored delegates should indicate to the Workshop Secretariat his/her preferred departure and return flight preferences.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the delegate’s travel preferences.  Airline tickets will be the lowest cost economy tickets enabling itinerary changes.

All invited speakers and sponsored delegates should sign travel undertakings; simpler form of contracts on their undertaking travel to the venue.  As there is extremely limited amount to fund,  $1,500 per person and $37,500 in total, for the purpose said above, we need (1) names to be funded, (2) your email contact information, (3) your origin of traveling. Since we do not have no time to spend anymore, once we get such information we will send out one standard format of travel undertaking to you by the APEC Secrtariat in Singapore. 

In addition to the fact that we have already missed the deadline of the travel undertaking, for your further urgent information please note the APEC Secretariat's schedule: Mr. Kang Jae-Kwon will be available in the morning of 27^th November, and  Ms Patricia D'cotta will be only available in the morning of 27^th November, and 28^th November..
